Pet rooms are on 2nd floor which is accessed by glass elevator which the pups did NOT like. One of my dogs tore his ACL while we were traveling so I had requested a room on the main floor if possible with easy access to the pet relief area as he needs to do as little walking as possible until we get home. It was a bit of a production having to load the dogs in the "scary" glass elevator, walk through a not super wide corridor past the lobby/bar area to get to the main entrance to go outside when the dogs needed to pee.
Room had a slight musty odor when you first walked in and there were old stain marks everywhere on the carpet and even the sofa. The room seemed clean but it was obvious that MANY dogs had stayed there in the past and had accidents that were not properly cleaned. The young man who checked us in was very pleasant though and the room served its purpose of giving us a place to sleep for the night. But I would look elsewhere if I were staying in Rapid City again.

Everything under one roof pool, dining, lounge & exercise. Plenty of room to walk the dog etc. Lots of sights to enjoys was a wonderful place to visit.

This hotel was fantastic. We traveled with our dog. The staff was friendly, the room was big and clean and the location was amazing if you are traveling with a dog. Right across the parking lot is a huge park! The price of the king suite was extremely reasonable. We hope to be back and we will defiantly stay here again.

Our puppy was welcomed (along with us). Several families were there with their dogs- it was great! Location was excellent to see the sites (about 20 minutes away).

While this hotel is nice, there is too much noise for the dogs between all of the people there for conferences and the indoor water fountain. On top of that they knew we had two dogs and they put us on the 7th floor and my dogs were terrified of the elevator. But the room was nice and spacious and it did not smell
