      Great Experiences

      My dogs have been going to On the Spot for years. They take exceptionally good care of them. I recently had to try another place because On the Spot was full. It made me realize just how good they take care of my pups! Next time I will book earlier- or postpone my trip until I can reserve On the Spot!

      Sad dogs without supervision

      I brought my puppy here a few times for the doggy daycare. Each time I dropped or picked her up, I would drive to the back to see the dogs. Every time I was there there was nobody supervising the dogs and the dogs looked pretty sad just standing in their kennels and waiting for their owners. I decided not to use them again even though I prepaid for a voucher.

      they were able to accommodate our pup on very short notice and are able to contact by phone
