      Not clean

      I just brought my pup here this afternoon. It was littered with too much broken bottles for me to feel safe to walk in the sand with him. We drove back to a dog park in our neighborhood. I would stay on the boardwalk only if I ever go here again.

      Great in the off season.

      I love to take my GSD for off leash walks on Carson beach in the winter time. They allow dogs only between labor day and memorial day, but it is close, and my dog loves to swim in the ocean and play in the sand.
