The Gateway Trail is a greenway designed to connect the City of Kings Mountain, NC, to Crowders Mountain State Park, Kings Mountain State Park and Kings Mountain National Military Park. This dog-friendly path is ten feet wide and includes benches, a picnic site, waste bags, and other amenities for walkers and their pups. Visit Website

Great trail
This is a really nice trail. Easy walking trail to take your dogs.

Great Walking Path
This is a great place to walk with your pups... There is ample parking and the trains are kept very clean. There are indoor restrooms. We have visited several times and it has never been overly crowded. Its a really enjoyable place to walk with or without your four legged friends.
