Victory Road Park
This is not an off leash dog park! What has happened to this beautiful park is a disgrace! The dog walkers are not cleaning up after the dogs. I have witnessed this multiple times. The park reeks of dog wastes. You can see it and smell it! Nearby Tenean Beach is contaminated by the dog wastes. Children cannot swim there. A multimillion Dollar waterfront park should not be given over to dogs.

great spot
This is a great spot for dogs and humans alike. Nice because it’s an island with a bridge so you don’t have to worry about the pups getting away.

DCR Property
Dogs are not allowed off leash at any DCR property, particularly a $3 Million park in a sensitive coastal environment.
