Blair County Dog Park is a 12.5-acre canine recreation and sports complex in Martinsburg, PA. Four acres of the park are fenced-in for off-leash play, which includes a small section for dogs under 30 pounds. There is also an unfenced walking path around the perimeter of the park. Dogs must be leashed at all times when not in the fenced areas. A membership is required.

Dog Park Site
This is the master plan for the dog park, still in the planning stages. Blair County Dog Park Association members are able to take their dogs to the site to play and exercise either on or off lead at their own risk. The area is not yet fenced in.
