South Dog Park

Bring Fido to South Dog Park in Fort Campbell, KY. The park is located just inside Gate 3, and visitor passes are available at Gate 4. Enter at either Gate 3 or 4, turn left on Bastogne Rd, and South Dog Park is on the right side of the road. This park features two separately-fenced sections for large and small breeds, bench seating, and convenient pet waste stations. Visit Website

Surprise Enjoyment
The grass is well kept. The benches are under canopies. There's a water fountain and a spicket for Fido. There's obstacles for Fido to enjoy and in the large dog side, a very large tree providing cool shade. There's plenty of bags to pick up after the dogs and there is even a port a potty for humans to use. I am pretty impressed.

Good Grass, No Trees
THere are two separate areas for lg versus sm dogs. I believe I saw a water spicket near the parking lot. I do not recall if there are poo bags or not. THere are no trees in the dog park area. There are a couple benches. Plenty of space to run and do business. Every time I have gone there, no other dogs were there to play with.
