- EleidaAug 23, 2021So much fun
The crew was great with all the dogs on board, and it was so much fun to cruise the lake with other dog lovers!
- PeterMar 3, 2021What's really needed to go on a trip with your dog
Does he need passport and medical records and all that. Uploaded before going on a cruise?

UPDATE: Mercury has announced on their site that the season is on pause because of the pandemic.
There’s nothing like being on the water with your best friend. The tour company is very accommodating as far as having human and dog snacks for sale and also providing a relief area on the boat for your pup.

What a wonderful idea for dogs! We had a great day everybody was friendly and organized. They even had doggy treats on board for us as well as a special bathroom with newspapers in case your pup needed to go potty. Great way to do the architectural tour.

What a great cruise to start the day. Yes only Sundays at 10:15 but still a bunch of fun. The staff love all the dogs and also interested in their owners. Gave some great knowledge of the area. And also a map with various dog friendly places marked out. Highly recommend

excellent tour of the Chicago River and the best part was my fur baby got to come too. Only available on sunday am cruise during summer and have to get there early for parking. They offered water and there were several pet friendly resturants along the river
- AaronMore than a year agoGood cruise, but not like the description
The cruise was nice. As the previous reviewer stated, it is the same cruise, but one is able to take the cruise with dogs. The description on this site and other sites would lead you to believe that the cruise is very dog-centered and it is not. We had one dog park pointed out to us, and they described the general area of where another dog park is located. No mention of dog-friendly restaurants, hotels or fire hydrants. They do have water and newspaper on board should your dog need either. The staff was very nice and good with dogs and the tour was otherwise informative about Chicago history in general. They really dwelled on the Great Chicago Fire.
- DONNAMore than a year agoGREAT FUN FOR ALL!
We took 3 dogs on this cruise. It's the same cruise you get without the dogs, but with your canine companions included. They provided water bowls and papers in one of the bathrooms for the dogs. Thoroughly enjoyable!
