100% dog-friendly. There wasn’t any special events the day we visited, but the palatable popcorn and corny cardboard cutouts made the visit worth it! They also sold dog-friendly jerky, which my pup loved.

I love that dogs were able to go inside and pose in the goofy photo booths, munch on popcorn, and explore the gift shop! most places like this don’t allow dogs, so it was lots of fun to be able to enjoy this staple of a roadside attraction together :):)

There's not much for dogs at this weird tourist attraction, other than the grassy area beside it (which does have a waste station). It was absolutely slammed inside, so might be stressful for nervous pups.
- MarianneSep 5, 2020Very pet friendly!!
A nice stop to stretch legs, taste some beer & wine, purchase some souvenirs, & see a unique landmark. Our 80 lb boxer was allowed everywhere we were and all welcomed him and showed him love.

Not just small dogs, sign on the door says pet friendly. We brought our Newfie in and some of the staff even gave him treats! Great stop to let the pup get some exercise

We stopped by this morning with our dog, Shanti. One of the volunteers at the front door said hello to us on the street as we were looking at the outside. Right about then the assistant director, Jeri, walked up and asked if our dog was a boxer mix. She invited us in for a free with our dog on a leash. The tour guide Troy was fun, funny and a big dog lover. He even posed for a picture inside with several interesting murals. Everyone was super nice. The story was interesting, too. Well worth getting off the freeway and stopping by.

During our road trip last summer, I saw the sign for the "Corn Palace". Since my dog and I needed a break from the car (and I was curious), we pulled off into Mitchell, SD... Worth the stop! The Corn Palace is unjque and interesting.. But, most of all, it was dog-friendly... When the lady saw me peek through the window, she invited me and my dog inside... After hearing a brief history of the town, we walked throughout the Palace and around the outside... Afterward, I got snow cone and we took some photos... It may be touristy, but we found the people and atmosphere very nice!.. (note: The Corn Palace is about 10 minutes off 90...).
