Ok trail with good water views

Depending on when you visit, super muddy trails so be prepared to clean paws. Good trails for active dogs, but too many inclines and ground roots for more elderly, slower dogs. Trail does offer free leashes to borrow if you forget yours.

    Great trail!

We had a great time hiking Oven's Mouth with our dog Jasper. There are two parts to this hike, the east and the west and they have different parking lots, although you can do both trails as they are connected by a bridge. We did the east side as it was described as being less strenuous and Jasper tends to get tired easily when we are traveling. The loop had a few inclines but nothing serious, and there were lots of spots to stop and enjoy the view. We had a great time hiking and looking out at the water.
