- Rescue Dog FamJul 25, 2022River Place Shops Were Fun
Most places here allowed dogs. I do wish all stores would utilize the paw print sticker system. Stores that allow dogs should have a paw print sticker displayed, but not all of them do.
Regardless, the dogs had a lot of fun walking around here, getting snacks, people watching, and meeting all the other dogs. We were here during Dog Bowl 2021.
The dogs got to try beignets (2 small bites!) And they were in love.
My senior dog definitely tried to walk in the jerky shop. Which is an obvious no. He was just following his nose!
We ate crepes, pastys, beignets, and the dogs had all kinds of snacks. We were having a great day.
- KatieMay 21, 2022Great place!
it’s a great place to go! However there are a few shops where dogs are not allowed in, this is reasonable due to the fact that it’s mostly shops that sell open food products. All staff is very friendly and welcoming to dogs, there is even a dog shop that offers treats toys and a whole bunch other stuff that is really fun!
- JessicaApr 8, 2021Beautiful pet-friendly shopping complex!
River Place Shops is a great place to visit with your dog! Most of the shops are pet-friendly - pick up a brochure near any of the complex entrances or inside many of the stores. Make sure to stop by Hello Cats and Dogs to check out the Barkery and get your pup a special treat, and then go to the Pasty Haus to get a snack and drink for yourself and see their unique Pup Menu! My dog Holly LOVES visiting River Place Shops and knows many of the stores that are pet-friendly with staff that are ready to greet her with some love and a treat. There are many green spaces around and poop bag stations for when nature calls, and lots of events and activities dogs can participate in.
- MorganMore than a year agoQuite a few dog friendly shops
Nice area to walk and most places are dog friendly. Outdoor areas of seating available to eat for those that aren't (mostly food places that are not). Fun time for all. Dog friendly maps are available before you walk in (at least by Zak's fudge and between GT distillery/Woody's). I do wish they would post on the doors though.
