All the beaches on Padre Island are very dog friendly. The problem is how crowded it can be. Which goes with any beach in peak season. Especially Port Aransas. Went to Padre National park which 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended so it is a lot less crowded. No internet, off the grid and peaceful.

It’s hit and miss if this beach is crowded or not. there’s lots of people with dogs. should be leashed. there’s garbage cans all over. keep it clean please!

The area where dogs is allowed is small so on a busy day it does get a little crowded. The boys had a blast anyways playing in the waves. There are poop stations in the area as well.

This was a great beach! It was clean and huge and we had no issues with our dogs or other dogs on the beach. Only downside, to go out on the pier, it costs a small fee, and no pets are allowed. The fishing area was very nice, and they allow overnight camping in another area of the beach. We were able to stay in a pet friendly hotel that was walking distance to the beach. Great vacation!
