Mustang Island State Park
Mustang Island State Park is a pet-friendly spot in Corpus Christi, TX. Leashed dogs are allowed on the five miles of the beach but not in designated swim areas. There is also a dog walk located at the campground.

As far as an “on leash” area goes this is pretty standard. But if you want to go off leash go waaaaaay down the beach and find some privacy outside of the park.
