Just reinforcing and yes, the turn is easy to miss, but with these reviews we were able to recognize it…. there’s a short green metal sign at the turn. My addition is that I was very glad to not find any burrs among the mulch, which did worry me in the fall.

be sure to take the first left. as others mentioned they do not have a sign. other than that it was good and at least shaded.

Great park! shaded and mulch in areas without grass. Port-A-potty for humans too. GPS takes you too far. Take first left off McGowen across wooden bridge. Bring own water. Small dog area is good size too.
- JennaMar 21, 2022Nice Dog Park Stop
This dog park was nice and clean and had a large and small dog area. The setting was nice and peaceful and the parking was convenient.

This dog park was very nice size. clean, water, poop bags. excellent
- StephanieJul 29, 2021Nice shady location
Park is very well kept up. Water for humans and animals to drink. Agility equipment is in good condition. Bench for humans to sit while the dogs play. Plenty of shade trees and a covered area for everyone to cool down.

This dog park is very quiet and cutely tucked away. I appreciate the separation of large and small dogs, however the big dog side has all of the fun looking ramps and gazebo. On the small dog side all we had was a bench. I’d give it a 4/5 if I had a larger dog.
- ClarissaSep 10, 2019Decent park
Lots of shade during a hot summer day! The small dog section is very tiny; probably the size of an average backyard. In the large dog section there is a large portion of just dirt. The entrance gates aren't the most secure; a small dog easily ran under both sets of gates and greeted me on my way into the park. Also, the wooden bridge you drive over to get here may scare a timid pooch so be careful! We used this as a back up because our fave park is closed for a few weeks. It's a little out of the way and not worth the drive we made across town.

Right off the expressway, so it was a nice stop for an hour to get our 100lb Rhodesian Ridgeback a break.
- MarjorieApr 15, 2018Great park!
Muddy pit at the entrance and the water fountain doesn't work all the time, but we have fun here!

The map also will lead you in to a subdivision or a baseball park. The dog park is the first street (no name is posted)on the left just after you have turned off McEwen Dr. onto Turning wheel lane. There is a wooden bridge you cross over and it’s right there. Hope that helps.

This is a great dog Park. I was needing a place to take my 2 dogs while I waited for someone in a meeting. And this came up the closes on the app. (Great app by the way) it was early morning 8:30 and it was quite. Two separate parks for Big & Small. Lots of benches, lots of trees (this will be great in the summer), lots of poop bag stations, little stations for dogs to learn some agility things & a portapotty for adults is great to.
I would have given 5 bones, if the water station was working, it was good I travel with my own water jug, and more people would pick up after their dogs. I tried walking around the perimeter of the large dog area and it was a dodge a pile walk. I know sometimes is hard to keep eye on your dog if your chatting or you have several dogs but it needs pick up. And piles were all over the center play area as well.
But I will go back for sure. Don’t let that stop you and bring your own water till they fix the water station there. - MoniqueMore than a year agogreat place!
This dog park has everything. Small and large dog areas, water for dogs and humans, multiple waste bag sites and trash cans, And most importantly, great dogs and people! The folks here are always mindful of what the dogs are doing enjoyed getting to know you and your dogs if you'd like to visit. It's convenient for me, so that's why we hang out here most days. Come visit!
