We typically bring our dog to a park in Providence but decided to give this one a try. We were one of only 4 dogs there. There was a gentleman who is clearly a regular with a small white senior dog, the 3 other dogs were under a year old and playful, and did great together. Our dog very politely and gently approached the senior dog, just sniffing, and she went after him. The first time, I didn’t say anything. Then another dog sniffed her, and she snapped at him as well, while the owner said “back up, she’ll bite your face off”. I asked why he brought her to a dog park if she dislikes other dogs, but got no response. We left immediately. Owners beware.
- MimiAug 6, 2021Clean Park, Nice Dogs, People not so much......
This is (literally) the cleanest dog park we have ever visited. Dogs were well behaved and got along well. The people, however, were another matter. The park has a long list of rules that are unlike most other parks (no balls or toys of any kind, etc.) and then those in the park have rules that are contradictory. Getting yelled at when you come in a park using normal rules is a bit disconcerting, especially when they don't stop yelling and then approach to lecture you on what they think you should do in the park. (We unleashed once through the sally-port instead of in the sally-port although rules listed were contradictory and said both). All the cleanliness in the world doesn't make up for lack of kindness or being a nice human being. Thankfully we were just visiting the area.

The people there are a little high maintenance, but as a result it's one of the best kept dog parks. You need to make sure you know your dogs license # to sign in. They turn away unlicensed dogs. I find people are attentive to their dogs and it's always a safe fun time

I love coming to this dog park. I do find that people tend to integrate to small dogs with large even though there is a separate area. I have only seen a problem once with a woman who brought 2 dogs and she could not control them when one started barking and growling at another dog. Recently mulch was put down which was not a good addition in my mind, but that might just be because my dog won't stop eating it.

The Attleboro Dog Park has been a great place for my dog to play and socialize. Everyone is kind, considerate, understanding.

I had been going to the park in Wrentham but I think we will be switching to this park instead. There is water provided. Dog agility equipment. The people are great and the dogs were very well mannered. I learned that it is a toy and treat free park so make sure to leave it at home!

My pup, Bailey, and I are here a few times a week. It's a great enclosed area for her to run and play. Great people and well behaved dogs. Just wish they hadn't put mulch down recently. Now Bailey, and other dogs I've seen spend more time hunting and chewing mulch than interacting with each other.
