We really enjoyed our time here with our pup! He wasn’t allowed everywhere but certainly enough for a solid 2-3+ hour visit if wanted! There is a fee to visit.

This was our first visit to Holden Arboretum, but it won't be our last. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon exploring the extensive and well groomed trails in the park. The flowers were stunning and we took lots of photos. There were benches everywhere to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Lots of small wildlife like squirrels and geese, so be sure your dog is able to handle that stimulation without baring or lunging at the little animals. Dogs are not allowed on the canopy walk, but it is relatively short, so I stayed with the dog while my husband did the walk and then we reversed so we both saw it. Lots of picnic places as well. Our dog enjoyed the shady trails and all the ponds and lakes and all the attention he got from new people friends. I highly recommend this park for a fun day of walking in beautiful scenery.

Spent a lovely afternoon wandering through the wildflower and butterfly gardens with our Great Pyrenees Pearl! Many other pooches there as well. Very dog friendly and welcoming place!
