    Dog Park at Essig Park

    There is a dog park for Fido to enjoy at Essig Park in Yucca Valley, CA. The dog park has two separate sections: one for small breeds, and another for large dogs. There are doggie drinking fountains and benches located on both sides. Remember to leash your pup back up when exiting to the larger Essig Park. Visit Website

      Essig Park

      Beautiful dog park. Two separate sections: one just for little dogs and one for larger dogs. Both sections are fenced in. The park is nice and grassy (rare for out here in the desert) and they trees are growing in nicely to offer some shade. Plenty of room for large active dogs to run around. Busiest times are just before sunset when it’s nice and cool. A few picnic tables as well as poop bags and water are available. Right next to a nice playground for the kiddos if needed.

      Great Little Dog Park

      In Yucca Valley for the weekend with our dog, and was so happy to find this very nice dog park. It actually has a nice grassy area. One for small dogs

      Nice quiet park

      We were at this park in November and it was nice and quiet. We met some of the locals and all were really nice (people and dogs). The park had plenty of room for our two Great Danes to run and play. There is no shade so if it is a hot day, you may want to be prepared.
