Central Bark

Located one block in from 22 east and Cramer Ave on Greenbrook Rd the park hosts two large seperated running areas you may choose from. The park is well shaded and maintained. The larger space has a small pavillion with two picnic tables and fresh water, gazebo and a sidewalk/track should you decide to get some excercise with your dog. The second space has no structures or people comforts on it , this space is great if your dog needs time to acclamate or burn off some steam before making new friends. Visit Website

    Love that it's close by

It's a well maintained, well shaded area. There is also water on the premises. However, there are dirt patches that either get muddy or generate a lot of dust when dogs play/run around, which gets the dogs dirty.

    Incident

Park is pretty clean and usually a great way to let the dog run out some energy and get some extra social time. Unfortunately today was not the day. Today I encountered and irresponsible dog owner who did not come forward and their dog had attacked my 10 month old puppy to the point of $1000 worth of surgery. There is no reason a dog should EVER have to leave a park having to get stitches and a drainage tube put in.

    Dog Trainer

Have been here a number of times. Found most of the people friendly,as well as the dogs. One person even picked up after my dog, because she was closer than I.One person started yelling at me about no pitbull, but I don't own one never be. My dog was an Australian cattle dog. That is why the 4 stars not 5

    Great Park

It is a great place to go and let your dog be a dog! Some people do need to get a better handle at watching their dogs but, all in all it is a GREAT bunch of people. And FYI Dina I happen to be one of the regulars and far from LAZY! My friends are not lazy either we all pick up after our dogs. Not sure who your referring too.

So much potential,if it wasn't for the pple

The people I ran into were NOT friendly, some of the dogs weren't either. The property is pretty and has a lot of potential. If only the "regulars" were not such a LAZY! bunch of thuggish, weirdos.

    SOME GROSS,LAZY! people!

Some of the people literally sit there and watch their dogs Crap and don't even bother to p retend they will clean it, if you say something? they deny the dog crapped. one owner allows her dog to show aggression towards people, but thinks she's a great rescuer. My dog couldn't barely run or play without one UNEUTERED dog clamping on to her every two seconds, the owner was laughing until I got upset..POOR DOGS!

    Great, friendly park!

Park is great and convenient, for a smaller setting. The grounds of an historic house is fenced into 2 separate sizeable play spaces: one side has picnic tables, the other a gazebo, benches and a roofed area so humans can stay dry or shaded. Water bowls are provided, and water is available in warmer seasons. Its even lighted for those early winter sunsets! Dedicated parking (signed) in the corner of the Green Brook state home.
