Tessie had fun running around with one of the local dogs. There is a gate between the small and large dog areas that can be opened to give the dogs more space. Nice!

We love to take our dog to this park, she loves it there and many of the other dogs are regulars. I do want to warn folks going there to lock their vehicle, my car was rifled through tonight (about 8:30 PM) as we were in the fenced area. Unfortunately, one can't see all the cars from there. As far as I can tell, nothing was taken, (I don't think there was anything in it of value), but it was definitely gone through....stuff that had been in the glove box was on the front seat and on the floor. And Stuff from the back seat was in the front. Just wanted to give my fellow dog owners a heads up.

Took my GSD a couple times and it was nice... lots of dogs and they were easy going. Then we met one of the regular guys who seems to enjoy telling you what to do with your dog. I wasn't having it and got after him after he wouldn't leave this poor girl alone that was trying to slowly socialize her rescued dog. The last time we went a pitbull attacked my German Shepherd. Not sure why someone would bring an aggressive dog to a dog park but it seems to be a trend in St George dog parks.

This dog park is really simple, but I'm a huge fan. We bring our dog here almost every day because it's so close to home. It's really popular with the 'regular' crowd of friendly people and well-behaved dogs. St. George isn't the most dog-friendly city (especially if you're trying to rent a place!) so it's a huge relief that dogs are welcome in most of the city parks.

A three bone dog park but a 5 bone experience. Great dogs & friendly owners.
