Needs some improvement but great people

This is our favorite dog park because the people who use it are SO nice ... no cliquishness .. lots of families bring their dogs and kids. Really nice atmosphere. The park really needs some work. Small dog side needs to be widened so balls don't fly over the fence. Grass, trees, shelter, WATER ... please, let's make the Fargo dog parks nice! They are heavily used and deserve to have some trees and grass.

Water and Shade for dogs and owners

I agree with other review. Dog owners don't clean up after dogs, so there is lots of poop around.
Also, small dogs owners bring them into the large dogs side and it get kind of hairy.
Please bring water fountain, and some shade.

    pretty pathetic

Basic fenced place to let dogs run. Nice people. Friendly dogs. NO water, NO shade, parking is a major hassle especially for people with mobility issues, pretty pathetic excuse for a dog park. Fargo needs to learn from other cities like GF/EGF and Minneapolis. If FPD really cared (highly unlikely based on visiting all their dog parks) they would actually consult with dog park users when developing areas. For example... More than 1 garbage can for poop bags, water, shade, gates closer to parking areas or wow- more than 1 gate!!!! Come on Fargo - jump into the 2000s and get a clue!!!
