    Not a bad park

not the best either… first of all let me say that it’s not the parks fault what breeds go there… it’s not like Disney world where they have alligators as pets walking around lol… anywho… the park is pretty cool, they have two dirt sides which I like because the big dogs go on the left & small on the right… there is also a water park side that kids and dogs play on. I like that a lot of people go here because it’s a good place to train your dog to not be reactive. the dirt gets really muddy in some weather which is a minus but over all I like this park. on a side note: pitbulls are at any park. it’s our jobs as owners to give our dogs enough exercise and play to help with the prey drive. all dogs were bred to be exterminators, fighters or hearders… but it’s our job to spot the warning signs so our dogs can play safely. dog racism is just ignorant & sounds very inexperienced in the dog world

    Really

I’m very offended when I read ppl talking badly about pits let alone any animal who didn’t ask to be in the world.i have one pit and he used to like the dog park until he got attack’s by a husky n never again was the same.so now I kno his limits n wouldn’t put him or any other dog in a situation where it can possibly be bad.its the dog owners who r to blame they just want to go to look cool not even knowing how there dog might react ..remember they are animals unpredictable and can flip..and going to the dog park is a chance u take going there with ur dog.a liability.so plz stop with ur rude comments

    Going down hill

Used to be a great park, but in the last couple years it has seriously gone down hill. The grass is dying, there's miscreants who party in there and leave broken bottles and cig butts everywhere, its not safe after dark anymore cuz of the homeless junkies (it has lights til 11p, but after witnessing several fights and a near shootout, I wont stay after dark). Theres also lots of ghetto morons who refuse to spay j neuter, and let their dogs attack and ha

    Sitting here... looking for Pitts

Wandered over and everyone's been cool. Rambunctious dogs. Lots of shepards and huskies. These neighborhoods usually have the larger dogs that are harder to find homes for. One big old sleep pitt.

    Concerned Citiizen

I've been many off-leash dog parks in the area. And this is definitely the worse. (In my own town) I don't know where is our tax $ is going (politicians pockets ? ?) For a city with many sources of income, I don't realize why were asked help fill-up pot holes, clean the area other than the poup.

    Concerned Citizen

The Dog Park is very poorly kept-up. They don't even water the grass twice a week. Lazy personnel, don't even water the grass nor fill in the pot holes, which is very dangerous for the number of Senior Citizens that bring there dogs there. They don't even maintain the grounds there, expecting dog participants to do it once a week. I don't know where are tax $$ aregoing()pherhp to some officials pockets. I go theer at different hours of the day. I had never seen an Maintance Man there except to meet his girl friend. With W C increased population & city income, it sure doesn't appear its spent properly.

    suppose to be fun!!!

I hate that saying"Pits are good if their brought up right" Bullcrap! I know these owners and they treat there dogs well, but one day they just changed! Attacked my dog and killed him!!! How come all these reviews are on pits? It's bred in them to fight!! get them out and stay out! let our dogs have fun!!! I will also use my tazor with no hesitation next time.

    RU KIDDING ME!

Went to try this park, and my lab was having a good time when this pit came in and seemed ok, and then out of the blue he took my dog by the throat. I had my Tazor and brought that dog down to his knees and called the cops. Never again!

    Never go again!

My boxer was nearly killed by a pit and took many surgeries to repair. The guy took off and never came back, and either will I

    Be careful!

I've seen to many fights here, and all caused by aggressive pits. they make everyone leave, and the dog that stays is the one who should of left. To many irresponsible dog owners on thier phones and not watching there dog. Pits tend to come around 6pm. The earlier the better to stay out of a fight. Pits should be BANNED!
