Great Dry Weather Park
Positives: Mornings and early afternoon are definitely best at this park providing it hasn't been raining. The staff at the park really does take pride in its appearance. Water and pet pickup bags are provided. There's also a 1 mile concrete walking loop with an abundance of trees off trail for your dog to explore while leashed. Negatives: After a hard rain, there are areas including the entrance to the large dog park that becoming extremely muddy. With Killeen's newer dog laws, we're seeing an increase in unaltered animals and more squabbles in the later evening hours.
