  Beautiful Park

  The dog park is in a very well maintained Veteran’s Park. The dog park is a fenced in grassy area. Not enough shade in my opinion, but nice. I was impressed with the fact that there are public restrooms , lots of parking and the park itself was immaculate!

  We also almost missed this dog park. Description is as outlined above. It is in a lovely park with benches and shady trees. Lovely area to walk your dog after a stop at the dog park.

  Great travel stop

  While traveling with 2 dogs from Pennsylvania, we wanted to give them time off-lead after such a long ride in the car. We almost missed this gem as it's tucked away across the path from the tennis courts, There is a safety entrance with two separate fenced in areas. One for large dogs and one for small dogs. There is a supply of fresh water, plenty of tennis balls (un-retrieved ball from the tennis courts) and a covered deck with benches. The other dogs were very friendly as well as the other dog parents that gave us great info about local restaurants and dog friendly activities. Our 1/2 hour detour became a 2 hour visit.
