A building is being constructed where the park used to be, too bad...

We stopped here to let our goldendoodle run around and burn off some energy while on a road trip. He loved it! We will definitely come back our next time through Banff.

While not a huge park, it is really nice - lots of trees, a circular path around, responsible owners and fenced in to keep wildlife away from your dog.

The park is quite small , but it was a safe enclosed place to take our dog while visiting banff. We stayed for about an hour and no dogs were there . There were a few benches on the one side of the park where we had our dog practice agility concepts to burn off some energy. The trees are large and provided a place for us to hide so we could play hide n seek with our dog as well .

A small dog park with a lot of trees and very high fences. Great place for dogs to run, lots of places to explore and smell!

We visited Banff on a road trip with our border collie, and we were so happy to find this wonderful dog park. It's just a few minutes from downtown Banff. It's a fenced off section of the woods (the fence is high enough so that no local wildlife can enter). Our dog didn't want to leave and made friends with local dogs, too. While our dog ran around the middle part, we used the loop trail within the fenced area to do some walking in the majestic Canadian Rockies.
