Otay Ranch Town Center is pet-friendly. This dog-friendly mall supplies fresh bowls of water outside of certain stores and even has a doggy park next to the REI. It's a centrally located, outdoor mall with lots of accessible parking.

Found it so delightful and refreshing to find a place where I can spend time with my doggie! We walked up and down the main drive and was welcomed in each store that we walked in! There are doggie water dishes along the way! There are also poo-poo bag stations along our walk too, although we did pack our own! Looking forward to going there again!
