Loved the tour of the city

We loved the tour and learning more about the history of the city. They were very dog friendly - our pup spent the ride under the seat and then spread out and took a nap.

    Delightful Dog Friendly Tour

We enjoyed our tour yesterday with Jeff (excellent and funny) as our tour guide and Trevor (the horse) as our lead. Sadie, our Silky/Yorkie was welcomed right from the get go and did exceptionally well. Since she likes to bark at other animals we were a little worried but she sat quietly and took in all the sights and sounds as we did. She barked two times when we were stopped at the light and Trevor turned his head and looked at her. We were right up front. Thankfully Jeff made light of it and made it like she was echoing whatever he may have been talking about at the time. The tour was informative and a fun way to see and learn about the area. As an animal lover and animal advocate, I was worried about how the horses are treated especially in the heat, but I felt a lot better when I learned more about their care and felt more comfortable. if you are in the Charleston area, I highly recommend this tour with your fur babies.

    Great tour. Super pet-friendly

This is an exceptional tour. Our tour guide, Jeff, was a former history teacher who brought to life the very historic city of Charleston. Small dogs that fit on your lap are free. Large dogs that take up a seat are a child's fare of $40. Well worth it for a wonderful tour.

    Charleston History at its best!

Very inviting upon arrival. Our Morky loved the ride. Our guide Eric was very amusing but also informative. Great way to experience Charleston and learn its history. Highly recommend.

    Great Trip

Took the 9 am trip with Al and Buster(Horse). We took our 2 dogs Zeke and Murphy, and they were very comfortable throughout. The routes you take are somewhat random, but did we get lucky, it took us to parts that we had not seen, and we learned quite a bit of new information about Charleston. Awesome Trip, would highly recommend

    Great break from walking

We took the first tour in the morning, so there were only 4 others in addition to myself and my dog. I wasn’t charged any extra but my pooch is a lap dog so I don’t know if that made any difference. Trevor was our horse, our guide was very informative and friendly with sense of humor.

    Rex the horse

Great tour, with a knowledgeable tour guide and a well trained horse. We were given the back row, with only the three of us. The city controls the routs, to avoid too many carriages on the same streets, selected by a "bingo." Very enjoyable and educational experience.

    Wonderful experience!!!

My German Shepherd Link and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here!!! The staff was super pet friendly!!! All brought out a bucket of water for Link while we waited for our tour. Paulette let Link sit by the fan to cool off like the horses were doing. (Link thinks horses are big dogs.) The tour was great! Lots of information and the presentation was outstanding! Link did a great job riding and watching everything! Paulette even took pictures of us after, so we have better pictures for our scrapbook! She was very busy and still made time to make sure we were comfortable. Amazing!!! She made the trip (13+ hours for us) worth it!

    Senior dog friendly too!!!

Shade, sea breezes, interesting and fun tour! My very large senior doggies (110lb 11 year old GSD and 70lb 15year old yellow lab) were welcomed and we were allowed to rent the back row for ourselves. (We were actually at another tour company on the same block...but they are all pretty much the same ;) - highly recommend taking this tour with your pooch if you would like to see the city without making your dog suffer walking in the scorching heat

    Dog and Horse Tour

Very interesting and informative tour of a wonderful city....not long enough!! Our dog was welcome and just sat or laid on the floor of the carriage ( carried over 10 people). Worth the money ... did not charge extra for Finnegan.

    fantastic!

So thrilled we found this. Our tour guide bones was the best! So wonderful and accommodating to my 60 lb. GSD mix, Riley. They charge $15 for him Sam the house was sweet to Riley too. We will definitely recommend to friends.
