  FANTASTIC!!!

  Emeral Glen is amazing. It was our first time with our dog, Oswald. He could not have had more fun. It was beautiful, very well maintained and very well thought out. We will most assuredly be going back as much as we can. If you have a dog/dogs you will not regret the trip!!

  A must-experience slice of paradise!

  We visited the Getaway at Emerald Glen Farm last week for the first time and already miss it!! It's a peaceful and relaxing getaway for humans (we loved the zero gravity chairs throughout!), and heaven for pups who get to run in meadows, play in the river, and explore the woods. There are so many thoughtful details such as water throughout the property for humans and dogs, buckets of tennis balls throughout, and an outdoor kitchen area that is amazing! We can't wait to visit again 😀🐾

  An absolute gem in the Northeast

  The lodging and shared area are kept meticulously clean, and all guests have a nice code of conduct. Beds were extremely comfortable, amenities well thought of - more than adequate. Water sources are well located along trails and scenic spots so everyone can stay hydrated. Communal cooking was fun and sociable. Ian and Mindy are great hosts!

  Amazing trip!

  Mindy and Ian are absolutely fantastic! They were so flexible with us when we had to rework our trip. When we arrived it was a perfect adventure for our dog and for us. Being able to turn off the world and just be with your dog, there is no better feeling. Cooking in the outdoor kitchen at the hound hub was the icing on the cake.

  It truly is an amazing "Getaway"!

  Right as I was leaving on a camping trip heading north to New England, BringFido had information in their newsletter about this amazing place. I quickly signed up and stayed in my RV for four days with my dog, Billy on the way north and, because we both enjoyed it so much the first time, three days on the way back south. It's beautiful, relaxing, and so well run. Billy quickly found doggie friends both times (and I found enjoyable dog owners to socialize with) and we both had a blast. Mindy and Ian are wonderful hosts and they've thought of everything to make this "rustic" getaway so comfortable and enjoyable. If you like the outdoors, if you like to hike, if you enjoy meeting other people who love dogs, and if you like to see your dog having a blast, I can't recommend it enough! I will be back!

  Best Pet Friendly Vacation!

  I’ve been here twice in the past year and plan on heading back this September. Hiking, swimming, or just relaxing. Plenty to do with your best friends in tow. Dogs couldn’t be happier. Mindy and Ian are super hosts and run a great getaway. You will not be disappointed.

  Now the Emerald Glen

  As of 2020, new owners and name, The Emerald Glen. It is the best place ever for dogs! 20 acres fenced and another 100 or so of trails and water access. Lots of camping options - RV's, cottages, cabins, tents. The Hound Hub is a terrific place to socialize with other dog lovers and cook. There is nothing like this for dogs!

  Live Life Unleashed!

  MILES of great groomed trails to hike with your dog! Hammocks and Cabela's Zero Gravity Chairs at so many wonderful locations to put your feet up and read while your dog takes in all the smells and investigates and rolls in the grass and wades in Butternut Creek. The sound of the water trickling by..ahhh nothing better. We stayed in the New Vision RV with the King Bed and deck. Next time we'll stay 10 days instead of 5 and try a smaller one as I'm practicing for retirement and plan on buying a Class B small RV in about 5 years. PERFECT PLACE too practice retirement and RV living and in the meantime I can't think of a better, more relaxing, more beautiful place to vacation anywhere. And when I get that RV I'll be back to rent a spot.
