Hooksett Dog Park

Two off-leash fenced play areas. One for small dogs. Fairly basic but provides trash and bags. Pea gravel base can get muddy. Busy on the weekends. There is a boat ramp just past the park for dog swimming. I have heard the current can be swift so be careful. My dog hasn't been in without a leash attached. Visit Website

    great park

I love the community that frequents the Hooksett Dog Park. The park entrances are double fenced and there is a small dog side separate from the large. Agility equipment like tunnels, hoops and seesaws are fun for training, though one of the seesaws had been broken for the last month or so. No water hookup but there are usually gallons of water available from nearby town offices. River neighboring the park is nice for water dogs to swim. Small shade structure where toys at water are kept. Benches and picnic tables are great for pet parents to relax too. Poop bags and trash cans are convenient and most people are responsible enough to use them.
