    Great park

This park is great for burning off all that dog energy. There's lots of hills for them to run up and down, and tons of rocks to jump off of. Its also all under tree cover, and there are a few tables and benches for the humans to sit on.
But, be careful, there is a massive log right in the middle of the human area that has too many branches sticking out. I was afraid when my dog was playing over there that she was going to get impaled.

    Aggressive Dogs

Love this park in the summer because of the shade coverage, we also hit this park in the rain in spring/summer. The only downfall is there are a lot of people who bring in reactive dogs. I don’t think these owners know how to handle their dogs most the time. People also bring in a lot of small young kids, I’ve seen way too many toddlers get close-lined by “Fluffy”. It’s on the edge of a huge hill and it’s great exercise for my GSP to run up and down. I tend to use this park more when it is empty or few dogs.

    Diverse Dog Park

We love the Bristol BARK Park!! I have 2 high energy dogs who love running up and down the hill and through the trees. Especially fun in the summer when we can take them down to the pond behind the parking lot to cool off. Everyone has been very nice every time we come!

If only it was taken care of...

This could be a nice dog park but it is very small and not well taken care ot. The side for big dogs is up a hill that disabled people could not possibly climb. The side for small dogs is very small with No activities. Also, there are a lot of aggressive dogs. My sheltie has been attacked 3 different times. You are better off walking around the actual park or taking your dog to Southington dog park.
