Jack Darling Leash Free

Over 3 km of leash free dog space. Includes a sand pit area, hill climbing, with bathrooms for humans and a water source to fill drinking bowls for doggies. The trail areas are for the most part covered with pebbles which is great in the wet spring months and winter thaw. There are some areas that can get muddy but, for the most part, if you strive not to bring home a mud ball - it's doable at this park. Dogs don't have access to the beach or any large body of water (although there is a beach area for humans and leashed pets that is part of the overall park) but there is always someone to play with and it's a good walk for the motivated owner who wants to get some exercise. There is plenty of parking. In the winter months part of the hill is closed for use by tobogganers, but it's fully fenced in so it's not a problem with dog owners. Next to high park this is one of my favorite places to walk my dogs. Visit Website
