  This was a great park with lovely people and friendly dogs. You do need to bring water, though, and shade is very limited.

  No shade and no water

  A friend just visited the dog park today. No water and no shade. When visitors from out of town go to a dog park I think they expect both. Just a thought.

  Love it!

  So nice to have an off leash park near by. Love the space and it seems like it's getting a lot of use so my dogs had lots of fun / opportunity to socialize. Ideas for improvement: add a water fountain for the dogs, more shaded areas and fill in the mud puddles. But overall super thankful to have a park in the nabe.

  Finally!!

  I'm super excited that we finally have an outdoor dog park in Mesquite. I will agree, that it's a bummer that the fountains are so far away (Tracy in Garland, there are fountains at the pool/in the park). But being aware of that, I bring my own water cooler for my guys. It's up to us to talk up the park, get more fur babies to come visit, so that the city will want to add some fountains!

  Needs water fountains

  I took my mini aussie to check out this dog park over the weekend. It's a nice clean park however there was no water at all available for the dogs. If the city could put in water for the dogs, this park would have 5 stars.

  A Great Spot!

  A nice, easily accessible park for the fur-babies to run around and socialize. There are always a couple of dogs there when I go, and it's always very clean. My fur-babies give it four paws up!

  New Dog Park In Mesquite

  So glad Mesquite has added a new unleashed area to Town East Park. Such a nice addition for all of our furbabies to enjoy! Pawsome job Mesquite!
