August late afternoon, all empty playing fields, featureless, no other humans or dogs, sign that all dogs must be leashed. 😫

Local Gem
So happy that I happened across this place. There is A TON of parking! During this past horrible winter this was one of the only places I could park and safely walk my dog.
Harlow absolutely loves playing here. The walks can be short or long. My favorite is the secret hidden trail along the forge pond lake to the right of the park. We also love the longer trail in the far back on the left hand side of the park behind the baseball field. It's quiet and shaded. We did a lot of out door off leash training here due to the lack of distractions. Enjoy!
One correction: the snack place is open in the spring and summer usually when games or practices are occurring.
