The Grotto
The Grotto is a pet-friendly attraction in Portland, OR. A 62-acre Catholic shrine and botanical garden, the Grotto is an oasis of serenity and green space just moments from downtown Portland. Leashed pets are allowed outside on the first level. Every year, the Grotto offers a Blessing of the Animals; check their website for this year's date.

The Grotto is beautiful, lush and well taken care of. Worth a visit. However, it’s split into an upper and lower parts and leashed dogs are only allowed in the lower part, which isn’t that extensive. Too bad as the upper is beautiful.
