- SusaSep 7, 2021Nice park in good shape
Quite a number of dogs in the big dog enclosure when we arrived. The dogs gathered at the gate with their humans sitting further away talking. We continued to the small dog enclosure and asked if the man with one dog in there if he would mind that we came in.

I've been in carnegie for years. And it was definitely convenient for my dog. However, one day there was a woman who PURPOSEFULLY put a muzzle on her dog, so "she could correct the negative behavior ". Needless to say it was a pit bull and pinned my dog. Now my dog is scared of that breed, and will stay by my side. But received NOTHING from the owner. Id rather drive to North Side or South Park. Than put my dog through this stress again.

In theory a great park. Too many dogs and owners don’t seem to be engaged in watching their pets. An occasional aggressive dog.

Even after a few days of rain this park drains very well. It’s covered in small pea gravel and a new truck load was delivered in early spring. Really makes for a better overall experience even if it’s been soaked.

My dog really enjoys this dog park. I like it because it’s smaller (easier to watch your dog). I also like that it’s pebbles because he doesn’t get quite as muddy. When it’s warm enough there is a water pump with a bowl which is great! Plenty of poop bags & trash cans. Easy location & in a safe neighborhood. Often times there are a lot of regulars there. Some of the dogs / owners can get a little wonky and because of this I do not go here on the weekends. That is the only negative I have with this dog park.

I like this park it's the people that are rude and very clique like. Linda and Britney are very rude and think they run the park. Dogs are friends just the owners are not!
- AmandaMore than a year agoGreat Park
I have taken my dog here a couple of times since we moved to Carnegie 2 months ago. It's usually pretty empty (although it is winter). The park has 2 sections which is great and there are water bowls. It gets muddy after rain or now, but otherwise it's perfect.
