Natural Lands Trust's Binky Lee Preserve

Binky Lee Preserve is a 112-acre expanse of former agricultural land that is being converted back to natural woodlands and meadows. An exploration of the trails provides a wonderful introduction to natural area restoration techniques. The view from atop the hill offers a rare glimpse of Chester County past: undeveloped woodlands and fields in all directions.

Binky Lee Preserve includes four miles of hiking trails. Dogs are welcome provided they are on-leash at all times and owners clean up after them.

Natural Lands Trust is the greater Philadelphia region's oldest and largest land conservation organization and is dedicated to protecting the forests, fields, streams, and wetlands that are essential to the sustainability of life in eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. Since its founding in 1953, Natural Lands Trust has preserved more than 100,000 acres, including 42 nature preserves totaling more than 22,000 acres. Today, millions of residents enjoy the healthy habitats, clean air and water, bountiful recreational opportunities, and scenic beauty provided by the lands the organization has preserved.
