Great for keeping dogs cool in the heat

We did the Lakeshore Trail and it was great. It was well-marked, shady and had benches for resting, so even our Newf mix was fine in 80 degree temps. Be sure to bring water and a bowl because it is a long trail (5+ miles), though there is a shortcut during the hike that makes it more like 3 miles. Also, be prepared for quite a bit of hills. We had a great time!

    Great Hiking With The Dogs

Well shaded trails with near constant views of the lake. Our dogs love it!
