Eastmanville Bayou

Eastmanville Bayou is a pet-friendly attraction in Allendale, MI. Fido is welcome to join you off-leash in open space areas, but you must always carry a leash with you and maintain voice control of your pup. The park offers a kayak and boating launch, fishing, hiking, and cross-country skiing. Please be aware that deer hunting (archery) is allowed, and be mindful of when the season is going on. Water access, wild walking
The open space lies just off a busy road. Look for the sign, don't follow Google maps. There's some trail but mostly wilderness, so can be tough walking. There are wild animals about, and they seem to be all in the boggy areas. Your dog will get dirty. But he won't mind...
