Medoc Mountain State Park

Medoc Mountain State Park is a dog-friendly recreation area in Littleton, NC. This park has several hiking trails, ranging from easy to moderate, that travel through the forest and past creeks. Fishing, canoeing, kayaking and picnicking are all allowed and encouraged. Dogs are welcome everywhere but must remain leashed. Visit Website

Beautiful Trail
This trail was absolutely beautiful. I went with a friend and my dog in late November and it was great. My dog enjoyed getting in Fishing Creek. It wasn't very busy, we went early and were the only people there, but there were a few people by the time we left. There are several trails to choose from. Dogs have to stay on a 6 foot leash. Also, don't forget to clean up after your dog!
