    You and Fido will enjoy 4.5 miles of trails, geocaching options, and fishing options. Boating enthusiasts will enjoy 2 boat ramps. High Falls State Park welcomes dogs as long as they are on a leash no longer than 6 feet; however, they are not permitted in or around historic sites, lodges, group camps, or swimming areas. Pet friendly campsites are available. Yurts are not pet friendly. Visit Website

      Good hiking for middle Georgia

      If you’re looking for a decent hike, this has some good options! We did a 1.5 mile loop that was shaded and had rocks and trees to climb over. My pup loved it! The waterfalls at the beginning of the hike are beautiful.

      Good hike

      Trail was in good shape with a few other dogs on it as well. Not very long though. We didn't do much else at the park, so not sure about the rest.
