Although not officially a dog park, the grassy areas along the river between the Place du Marché and the Water Mirror are great places for walking your dog. Many breeds, large and small, gather off-leash on the lawns. While, officially, off-leash is not allowed there is a general tolerance as long as the dog is socialized and well- behaved. There are plenty of dog waste bag dispensers and water fountains along the way.
