Fabulous find - just what my dog needed!

After a long ride my dog needed a good break where he could play and run. This was perfect. Two areas - active and timid/small. Both areas are very good (large) size. The active side is larger. Benches. Some shade. Water. Beautiful green grass, fairly level. Portable restroom for humans.

    Excellent

Amazing large areas for active and quieter dogs. I had my year old pup on both sides. Friendly dogs and friendly people.

    Nice Respite From Traveling

Stopped here on our way back to Michigan from Virginia. Very well kept, even on a soggy weekend.

I like the separation of active and inactive dogs rather than big and small.

If your coming from the south watch for the signage. We pulled into the local park before finding the dog park.

    Marysville Bark Park

My Rescue Newfoundland Amber loved to go there, she got to be around other Dogs which she Loved, unfortunately she had to be helped to the Rainbow Bridge this week., I really like the Bark Park and the way it is laid out, I do wish there was a Pond but I do realize there was only so much room for the Bark Park, I highly recommend the Bark Park, I like to go in the very early Morning just as the Sun is coming up..
I also have another Rescue Newfoundland and her name is Nala, we went early this Morning,, I was hoping to cheer Nala up a bit and hoping someone else would be there with their Dog, we had the Bark Park to ourselves for over an Hour, I'm hoping as the weather warms up more People will bring their Dogs so Nala has a Playmate, she is so Lonely right now.

    Marysville's Best Idea

This park is amazing! It's easy to get to, lots of parking, nice fences/gates, and benches. Watering fountain and wash station are a life saver. It is almost never busy and all the dogs and owners are polite and mindful of others. We wish there were some more shade options but the big tree does help! Our dogs couldn't have asked for a better park.
