British Park
The quaint British Park in Mobile, AL is pet friendly. Not an official dog park, but this small, fenced area welcomes well-behaved, leashed dogs to run and play. Shaded by huge live oaks with benches, this is as pretty a park as you'll find anywhere. Parking available in the historic downtown neighborhood.

I wouldn't even call this a park. It's so small, it's more like a scenery to look at it. It took me one minute to reach each side of the park. It's gated, but dogs have to be on a leash. There is a doggy bag station at the front gate so you can clean up after your dog. No fountains though. This park is more for letting your dog having somewhere to pee in the middle of the city and to just sit and enjoy the fountain.
