- RikkiJun 8, 2023if you're googling... Heward park not kiwanis ...open 24 hours!
this park is in Heward park. i attempted to look up kiwanis dog park, and it sent me everywhere but the right place.
This is a nice, kinda small, but big enough for my two Great Danes to get up to speed and chase each other around. there were 4 big shade trees and a bench. no water was available, but we went really late at night and the sprinklers were on, my fur babies love playing in the sprinklers. :)
potty bags and a trash can were also available. as others have said, there are a lot of digging holes, and humans beware of your footing, but the dogs didn't have any problems at all. the entrance is not "airlock" style, but again, we went super late at night, so it wasn't a problem for us. - KristineApr 23, 2023Convenient, but not maintained
A convenient stop on our way through Arizona. There was some shade and a bench. However, there were no bags in the bag dispenser, so people didn’t clean up after their dogs. Kind of gross.

stopped at one that was not a good options moved on to this small but enough room for our pup to chase the ball. it was clean and easy on and off the Highway. has a bench to sit some shade a great road-trip stop.

This great little dog park is the perfect place to stop for lunch if you are traveling across AZ. Dogs can run around and there is shade. There are some rather large holes which some former dogs have dug, so you will need to watch your step. You will have to bring your own water. There are shaded picnic tables outside the fenced area. Heads up, there are no human bathrooms here.

- AshleyApr 3, 2021Perfect Little Park
We stopped here after driving through Petrified Forest National Park. The park was clean and the dogs were happy to
have some grass! - LeoMar 15, 2021Nice park!
We enjoyed visiting here while on trip thru Holbrook, AZ, with our miniSheepADoodle, Winston. Nearby trains entertained Winston. Area seemed clean and safe. Few other dogs came by to say “ hello “ at late afternoon timeframe. Bring your own water as there is none otherwise available. It provided with some good exercise while traveling thru AZ today. We’ll come back here again!

small grass park but trees provide 2 large areas of shade. There’s 2 benches, poop bags and you go through 2 gates to enter park. it’s on a busy street! lots of Parking.
- LcMay 9, 2019Very small
The easy to find park right of the 40 is quite small. There is no water and no volunteer balls. The owners visiting really need to use the bags provided and clean up after their pets.
- CynthiaMay 7, 2018Very nice, small dog park
What a treat to find this gem! Right off of I-40, it is very handy and although small, is great for both large and small dogs. There was no water, but there was a bench, shade and poop bags. Absolutely wonderful!
- HenryMore than a year agoyay, grass!
After hours in the car it was so nice to have a grassy spot to run around, the park is small but everything we needed. Extremely clean. No stickers in my paws.
- CyndiMore than a year agoGood for a quick stop
Small park has nice green grass, a few trees, poo bags provided. Also has shaded tables outside. No water bowls so bring your own. This is a good stop after visiting Petrified Forest National Park if you drive it north to south then over to Holbrook.
- LaurenMore than a year agoTons of grass!
Great little dog park with lots of grass. There is no separate area for small dogs nor any water fountains. Otherwise, it's a really great spot especially for road-weary pups!
