Awesome bagels and homemade dog treats at a nice outdoor patio. Friendly staff. Bagels were so fresh, and the bagel sandwiches were out of this world. We will be back.

The staff warmly welcomed our group on two and four legs and allowed us to enjoy a great wine tasting indoors on a chilly day. We look forward to going back!

All of us really enjoyed our time here. Tessie got a big bowl of water and lots of pets. We got great food and craft beer. Win win!

This dog park has everything you need for a fun time and exercise for your dog. Very clean and well-maintained.

The park is spacious, very clean, and has lots of amenities. You can walk your dog on-leash on the many trails, or you can take them to the dog park. The dog park has separate areas for small and large dogs, and there are poop bags, water, agility features, and some seating for humans, both shaded and not.

Lots of room to run around in the grass! Fortunately, it was a cloudy day so the lack of shade was not a big deal.

This is a must-stop if you are roadtripping in the area. Huge portions of ice cream in crispy, homemade waffle cones. They even have a small pup cone with a tiny treat on top! The outdoor patio offers some shade, and there is a water station for the dogs. There is also a café, but we didn’t have a chance to check it out. We also did not walk the trail but will next time.

About a 10 minute walk from the Millennium Park parking lot is a dog beach that is fenced in. If you continue walking on the path that loops back to the parking lot, there is a large fenced in area divided in dog categories. We went only to the dog beach, but the other area looked great as well. Beautiful park with lots of amenities.

The park was clean and had both gravel and grass. There was some shade, but a little more would have been nice.

We enjoyed a wine tasting and a glass of wine in their shaded pavilion. High-quality wines from estate grown grapes Beautiful grounds and the staff are very dog friendly.

Tessie played and waded in the clean, refreshing water. Very nice place to bring your dog. Bonus: clean restrooms for the humans.

Awesome variety of delicious ciders and a large patio with water and shade. What more could you want?

This must-stop when in the area has a dog-friendly outdoor patio with partial shade. We all enjoyed the experience — food, beer, service, and views were all great!

We really enjoyed the beer and pizza. We’ll definitely be back!

Great burgers and friendly service at a fun and funky place. They have a small patio that is partially fenced from the street. We’ll be back another day to sample their beer offerings.

We stopped in on a cold, rainy day. It was really nice to sit in the covered, heated patio with our dog. The beers were great, as well as the craft root beer. We all enjoyed the fresh hummus plate as well. Servers were friendly and greeted our dog.

So much shade, lots of wood chips, and friendly dogs/owners all made this a great experience.

The patio was nice and shaded on a sunny day. The food and service were both terrific. We will be back!

All the staff seemed to really love dogs. Tessie got lots of pets, and we got great beer and food on a nice, spacious patio. Win-win!

Awesome street tacos and house guacamole! Friendly staff and a nice patio to enjoy our meal. We’ll be back.
If you search for Hays Dog Park in Google Maps, you will find it at Fort Hays State University, just a couple miles off of Rte 70. This park was fantastic – so much room for the dogs to run around, an agility course, drinking fountain, and shaded shelters. The locals and their dogs were all super friendly. Tessie had a great time!

Great food and friendly, dog-loving staff. Tessie loves it when we bring her here, and we are happy to oblige whenever we’re in the area.

We were headed through Florida and discovered this little gem of a dog park. Lots of room for Tessie to run and play. Bonus: the restrooms were immaculate. We will definitely stop by again when in the area.

We came during the construction project next door, and the detour signs were not very obvious coming in. During the project you have to park in the shopping center, on the far right side. Other than that, it’s a nice dog park with plenty of room to run and a bunch of friendly dogs and owners. There are benches with a little shade.

Tessie had fun running around with one of the local dogs. There is a gate between the small and large dog areas that can be opened to give the dogs more space. Nice!

A convenient stop on our way through Arizona. There was some shade and a bench. However, there were no bags in the bag dispenser, so people didn’t clean up after their dogs. Kind of gross.

Gorgeous open water views and not many other people around. However, it’s small and not fenced in so not ideal for exercising a lively dog.

The staff at this hotel really seem to like dogs. The front desk person was proud to tell us about the on-site fenced dog park. When we took our dog to it, we immediately noticed that the far side gate was broken and wide open. My husband had to put the gate back on but was not able to fix it securely. There were no waste bags available, so they were piles of poop throughout the area. We let the front desk know, so hopefully the issues will be rectified soon. Our room was nice enough and the breakfast was good. However, there was a lot of noise from people talking in the hallway throughout the night, and it sounded like it was actually staff making some of the noise. We did not get a good night’s sleep.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming to people and pets. The dog walk area is nice but could be larger. The rooms are clean with little touches like good pillows and toiletries. The lobby area is inviting, and the breakfast is very good with lots of choices. We enjoy staying here whenever we are in the area. One recommendation: an EV charger would be a wonderful addition.
