I have it only a 3 because of the caution signs about dangerous algae in the water, the mallard ducks (which my dog wanted to harass )and the lack of decent bathrooms or places to change into your suit. On the plus side, it’s free, easy to find, dogs can romp off leash and swim, you can rent kayaks or canoes, and most of the folks were friendly families.
