Leashed dogs are welcome to join you on the 10 miles of trails at the dog-friendly Tobyhanna State Park in Tobyhanna, PA. The trail ratings range from easy to difficult. Keep pets on a leash at all times and clean up after them. Some camping sites are also pet friendly.
