      Awesome hike!

      The star trail was very well marked, really fun trail with a few steep sections and switch backs, kept the hike interesting and makes getting to the star that much better!

      Nice stop!

      Drove up to the Star, walked a very short loop trail, then went down to the zoo area, Just walked a short trail there, but our pup sure had a good time with all the smells and people wanting to pet her!

      Loved it

      The Mill Mountain Star Trail is a great moderate hike. My lab/vizsla mix had no problems with the trail and we loved the view of Roanoke at the top of the trail.
