  Loose dogs

  we had a very similar experience to a previous post. we had our dog on leash by one of the picnic tables having a beer and waiting for some food when a group of loose dogs came out from behind the store and started harassing and going after our dog as well as another dog that a family had on leash at a different table. It wasn’t until the father of the family threatened to shoot the dogs that anyone did anything about the problem. I hate to say it because it’s such a neat little spot, but it’s only a matter of time before a dog or a person gets hurt here.

  BEWARE my puppy was attacked

  If you care about your dog do not bring it here. The General Store owner's 4 dogs run loose at RH often. My well behaved 4 month old German shepherd (on leash) who is very submissive and friendly to other dogs was walking respectfully in the store when the store owners dog lunged at him and started attacking him. Then her two other dogs (yes the store owners) quickly joined in and visciously attacked my poor boy. I was screaming and kicking at them and they wouldn't stop until by standers joined in to break it up. I had my 4 year old son with me and it was a terrible experience. IT IS NOT A DOG FRIENDLY TOWN. There are dogs who run this town and attack others. it has happened before me and it will happen again. BEWARE!!!!

  Takes you back in time!

  My dog and I love to go to Rabbit Hash and I could spend all day inside the General Store it is amazing
