We looked and looked and looked and looked

We never could find this dog park, unfortunately, and we looked hard. County parks do not allow dogs. Sleeper has one portion of beach where dogs are allowed, but only on 6' leash. It was also very crowded with people without dogs, so our dogs got very little beach time on this trip. Sad.

    Amazing space! Unmarked (relatively)

Wow what a great spot to let my 65# husky run free. There’s a large wooded area full of chipmunks and other fun things to chase and easy access to the lake also. I stopped to get directions at the Port Crescent park office and was told to drive up Lake St until I passed a White House on the right, then there’s a small parking area in front of a bridge. Cross the bridge and you’re in!
