    Great Shady Trails

Trails are pretty well marked and are shady and hilly so you get a nice hike in without getting too hot. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, and must be on 6 foot leash. Beware some trail parts do get swampy or over run with water after heavy rains. There are several nice picnic areas and at least one out door restroom. Poo bags available. COVID: Visitor center has limited days. There are signs about masks and social distancing.

    Amazing!

My pup and I were in the area for vacation and found this park through the app and it is definitely a gem! Trail was nicely marked, just wish there were more trails. Beach is beautiful. My dog and I both had a great time and didn't want to leave. Looking forward to going back!!
